Hello everyone, welcome to this news update.
On Sunday July 18th, 10 UK owners/members travelled to Birdlip, near Glocester, for the first 'meeting' of UK section of the International register. |

Although the day started out grey and cloudy for many, by early afternoon, the clouds had parted and the sun shone. I was not expecting to see many people turn up, as it was really just an informal meeting, followed by a pub lunch or picnic. Imagine my delight when 10 'Leaf's turned up! What a great sight, and a terrific noise as well. Everyone seemed genuinely please that they had made the personal effort to attend, and it wasn't long before we were all nattering away, and bonnets were opened. |
The other users of the car park were quite curious, even walking over for a chat, and asking what was going on. After a couple of hours, most people retired to the 'local' for a bite to eat and refreshments. By the time we all left, the sun was shining, and the grins went from ear to ear as some us went home in convoy!
